To riserve a room or an apartment
belonging to "La vie en Rome" is very simple, follow
this procedure:
1) Require the availability of the bed and breakfast or the apartment
chosen contacting it directly by phone or by e-mail, filling the
form as that one below.
2) Received the answer with the availability and the price, you
can confirm the reservation by e-mail or by phone, and make the
payment for the deposit of 20% of the total rent price, by credit
transfer. The owner will gives you all details for it
3) After this you have to send a fax with the receipt of the payment;
only after this the room or the aprtment will be reserved
4) After having received the
fax, the owner will send you a voucher if reservation by e-mail
or by fax; take it with you when arrive in Rome
5) The balnce (80% of the total rent price) will be paid cash
at the arrival.
